Notify us of your accommodation needs (time frame of intended stay, number of people in your party, type of accommodation requirements etc.). You can notify us through one of our listed contacts (i.e. phone, e-mail etc.). |

You will receive our accommodation offer within a week of us having received your request. |

If you accept our offer, we will require a deposit in the amount equal to 3 days of the visit, which must be sent to the listed bank account number. |

After the deposit has been received we will send you a confirmation document this will complete the room reservation. |

Upon arrival present this document along with the remaining amount due for the visit to receive the key for you lodging. The tourist/spa tax must also be paid on site. |
